“Toward Contemporary Architecture”

A temporary exhibition entitled “Toward Contemporary Architecture” by architect Ara Gevorgyan opened in the “Trdat” Gallery of the Alexander Tamanyan National Museum-Institute of Architecture. At the opening ceremony, welcome remarks were delivered by the Director of the Museum-Institute Zaruhie Hayrapetyan; architect Ara Gevorgyan; Director of the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society Yerevan Office, Ruzan Arakelyan; Chair of the Central Board of the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society, Zakhar Keshishyan; and board members Tigran Papikyan and Artashes Shahbazyan. The event concluded with a speech by architect Ara Gevorgyan’s wife, former Minister of Youth and Sports of Lebanon and Director of Beirut’s “Zvartnots” Special Education Center, Vardine Ohanyan.
